Ambassador
You are passionate about prevention and well-being and you wish to contribute to the promotion of health and active prevention without formal commitment.
You can participate in our events according to your availability and schedule. You can also invite us to events that you organize.
You will have privileged access to our facilities and programs as a volunteer ambassador.
The steps to becoming an Ambassador:
Submit your application by completing the form below. Choose the ambassador program.
Submit your photo: Once your application is approved, you will receive an email inviting you to submit your photo to update your Mon Zénith Ambassador page.
Affiliated
You are passionate about prevention and well-being and you wish to get involved and dedicate yourself regularly to the promotion of health and active prevention and earn commissions.
Depending on your availability, network and skills, we can build a plan together and agree on resources to advance the cause of active prevention.
You can participate in our events according to your availability and schedule. You can also invite us to events that you organize.
You will have privileged access to our facilities and programs.
Steps to becoming an Affiliate:
Submit your application by filling out the form below. Choose the affiliate program.
Create your member account: Once your request is approved, you will receive an email inviting you to log in to our member area.
Activate your status: Once logged in, simply tick the box to accept the affiliate offer to finalize your registration.
