SCOPING REVIEW - Support strategies and monitoring protocols in preventive health

The Mon Zénith scientific committee rigorously analyzes medical literature and the guidelines of major health organizations (e.g., WHO, HAS, CDC, PHAC). By combining human support models, connected technologies, and cutting-edge biomarkers, Mon Zénith is positioning itself at the forefront of evidence-based preventive medicine. A major scientific publication is expected at the end of this project by December 2026.

Clinical innovation: Mon Zénith partners with Juno Technologies for the SYMBIOSE program

As part of its ongoing commitment to high-precision preventive medicine, Clinique Mon Zénith is formalizing a collaborative partnership with Juno Technologies Inc. Starting in September 2026, this pilot project will evaluate the integration of an innovative technological device within our flagship program, SYMBIOSE. Under the supervision of our multidisciplinary team, a group of volunteers will test this cutting-edge technology to concretely measure its impact on daily well-being. A promising alliance between science and technology to enhance your preventive care journey!

Respiratory health: Are vitamins key to better asthma control?

A major new breakthrough highlights the importance of micronutrition in managing respiratory health. According to recent global scientific data compiled by the University of Montreal and published by US News, targeted intake of specific vitamins (particularly vitamins D, C, and E) plays a crucial role in controlling asthma in both children and adults. OUR SCIENTIFIC TEAM

Scientific rigor at the heart of innovation.

We are proud to introduce the experts who make up our scientific committee, guaranteeing the excellence, ethics and rigor of the Mon Zénith method.

Message from the President

Preventive health cannot be decreed; it is built rigorously, based on science, and with humanity, through contact with people. This conviction drives the scientific committee of Mon Zénith, and it is a tremendous privilege for me to chair it.

My journey, which has taken me through Canadian and international healthcare networks for over 15 years, has taught me one essential lesson: the greatest advances in preventive health arise from the convergence of disciplines, cultures, and expertise. This is precisely the spirit that guides our committee. Here, the clinical vision of seasoned practitioners intersects with the methodological rigor of internationally recognized researchers, and this collaboration gives rise to protocols that are safe, evidence-based, and deeply adapted to human realities—whether in the workplace, in communities, or with individuals.

This collective work would be nothing without the daily commitment of our research professionals and without the energy of a talented new generation of Canadian and international students, who are already carrying the seeds of tomorrow's preventive health.

It is therefore with pride and gratitude that I invite you to discover the members of our committee.

Christiane Lawson MD, ND, MSc

Chair of the scientific committee

Tania d'Almeida MD, PhD

An eminent specialist in preventive health and epidemiology affiliated with the University of Limoges. Her cutting-edge expertise in research and population data analysis is essential to validating the long-term impact of our field interventions on overall health.

Erick Houeton M.Fin., M.Sc.

A seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in leadership, continuous improvement, and motivational coaching. His strategic vision is a major asset for optimizing the efficiency of our processes and propelling our preventive health programs to the highest performance standards.

Blaise Somasse Ph.D.

Professor and researcher at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). His sharp expertise in modeling, program evaluation and socio-economic impact analysis brings an essential methodological rigor to measure and optimize the reach of our preventive health interventions.

Roland Lawson Pharm.D., Ph.D.

Lecturer and researcher at the University of Limoges (Inserm). His cutting-edge work on the gut microbiota and precision medicine provides us with a unique understanding of biological interactions, enabling the design of highly safe, personalized and scientifically validated preventive health approaches.

Students and research professionals

Beyond this core group of experts, our committee has the privilege of continually benefiting from the know-how and creativity of Canadian and international students, as well as seasoned research professionals. This synergy between field experience and the next generation of global scientists is the driving force behind our rigor and our capacity for innovation.
