Initial assessment — MZ 360° scan

You leave with an objective understanding of your body and a personalized prevention routine, adapted to your reality as a student or young professional. Four comprehensive areas of measurement: body composition, biological terrain, biomechanics, and lifestyle habits.

STEP 2

First Aid & CPR Certification

Master life-saving techniques and boost your confidence in emergency situations. Certified training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid — an essential life skill.

STEP 3

Signature circuit —MZ360

Recovery & well-being

Experience our cutting-edge technologies to counter performance stress and prevent burnout before it becomes chronic.

What young people and their families are asking for.

Is the program free thanks to funding?

The program is co-financed by Mon Zénith and its youth partners in the region. Reduced rates or a nominal fee may apply depending on the participant's situation. Contact us to find out the details applicable to your region.

Is the program reserved for residents of the Montérégie region?

In its current version, funded for 2026–2027, the program primarily targets youth in the Richelieu and Montérégie regions. Adaptations for other regions are under consideration. Contact us if you are outside these areas.

Do you need to be in good health to participate?

No. The program is designed for all young people aged 15 to 29, regardless of their starting physical condition. The MZ 360° assessment in step 1 allows you to establish your starting point and personalize the program to suit your individual needs.

How can I contribute to the program?

You can contribute financially to the development of the Early Intervention program at any time via our contact form or by email at info@monzenith.ca. Every contribution helps expand access to preventive healthcare for young people here and elsewhere.
